Man kills girlfriend for not spending Valentine with him

Bello Lukman of 93.3 Unity FM in Jos, shared this news on his Facebook wall. According to Bello, a man who lives in Jos, Plateau state killed his girlfriend because she didn't spend Valentine with him.

"Dele and Nanchin were in a four year relationship. They both grew up in Fudawa area of Jos. Dele is highly temperamental, he beats her after every provocation despite the fact that she was the one that feeds him most times. In December last year, she told him she wants to quit but he refused. He was still coming. . . On Valentines day, he expected them to be together but she went out without him. This made him angry and infuriated. He waited until 11 pm but she refused to come back knowing fully well that he will beat her as usual. As early as 7am, he was in her house in Tina Junction. After eating breakfast, it was her dead body that was found when he left her house. I pray you, your relatives, and your family member never experience such Amen"

Mechanic kills friend for urinating near his shop

Tragedy struck the park of the Association of Maritime Truck Owners in the Berger, Mile 2 area of Lagos as a a mechanic, identified only as Oshare, reportedly stabbed his friend to death and injured several others. Rasta, Oshare's friend allegedly urinated beside a stationary truck. Oshare, reportedly challenged the deceased for messing up the spot, said to be a few steps from his shop. As Rasta tried to calm him, he reportedly slapped him, which led to a fight. The mechanic, who got so angry grabbed two bottles and stabbed the friend in the neck. He was also said to have injured some people who attempted to caution him. Rasta reportedly bled from his injuries and he was rushed to a hospital for treatment. He, however, died before he could get help. An eyewitness said "Both of them are mechanics and friends. He confronted Rasta for urinating near his shop and it led to a fight. Oshare rushed to my shop with two bottles in his hands, asking me to give him a knife....
